What you can move with us:
- You train/instruct our customers in the functionality and handling of our own optimization software called RiskShield
- You communicate highly complex technical content in a customer-oriented way and are responsible for the presentation to the customer
- Optimizing the processes in our RiskShield academy is also part of your job
- You create new training materials to make sure that everything is up to date
- Furthermore, you are responsible for professionalising our trainings and bringing them to the next level
What you bring along:
- Professional experience and knowledge in the field of technical trainings, lecturing, tuition or workshops, ideally in the financial sector, insurance or telecommunications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or similar
- Fun and joy in dealing with people in a customer-centred way
- Very good communication skills, presentation skills and a confident manner
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Good knowledge of German and English
