What you can move with us:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers with IT issues and seeking for technical assistance
- You determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers, and walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Troubleshooting by asking specific questions and implementing solutions for software problems is also part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for comprehensive documentation of support processes and the creation of support reports to ensure all information is up to date
- Close collaboration with other IT teams to efficiently solve technical problems problems is also an important aspect of your role
What you bring along:
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, system integration or a comparable qualification
- Prior experience in the field of IT service/helpdesk support (e. g. as IT Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, Helpdesk Technician or Service Desk Administrator) is an advantage
- Customer service and support with OTRS or JSM
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problem
- Basic programming skills in one of the following languages such as Java, Bash and PowerShell are required
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
