What you can move with us:
- You are part of the central AI team that supports the nine INFORM business units on topics related to machine learning and the application of large language models (LLMs)
- In your role, you will develop centralized AI services and prototypes. From Innovative LLM usecases, to machine learning based optimization of business processes
- You advise the AI developers, software developers and product managers in the business units and organize training courses and lectures
- Together with your colleagues, you evaluate innovative technologies in an agile environment. Therefore you actively collect feedback from the business units and their customers
- Based on your insights into the various product teams, you will develop strategies for the whole of INFORM and shape the development of innovative solutions
What you bring along:
- Several years of industry experience in the field of artificial intelligence (machine learning, large language models, natural language processing)
- Degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or similar. Ideally, you have a doctorate in one of these fields
- Practical experience and methodological knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g. ML, LLM, NLP)
- Comprehensive experience in a high-level programming language (e.g. Python) and confident handling of relevant frameworks (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Langchain)
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative to constantly update and extend your knowledge
- Good knowledge of German (min. B2) and very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
